fetch the submodule:
git submodule update --init
The repository contains the following important files:
- simuation.py - which represents the code for the simulation
- analysis.py - which contains a couple of useful functions for processing the raw data before plotting
- simulation_scripts/figure*.sh - scripts that will run the simulations with various parameters in order to generate the statistics raw data with contributions that will be used to plot Figures.
- Analysis_Figure*.ipynb - Notebook files that process the raw data files and plot the Figures.
The script and notebook for figure 2 and the extension model for investment are in branch "figure_2_work".
