Using Java, I implemented a booking platform for renting cars and houses, from where you can perform multiple actions like: adding or removing a car from the dealership, renting a car or a house, displaying all owners and their properties. In addition, each client has a bank balance which he cannot exceed.

Proiectul meu consta intr-o platforma de inchiriere de masini si proprietati (case). La rularea aplicatiei va aparea un prim meniu unde putem alege daca inchiriem o masina sau o casa sau iesim din aplicatie.

"1. Car rental" "2. Real estate rental" "0. Exit"

Daca alegem optiunea 1: inchiriere masina, se va deschide alt meniu cu urmatoarele actiuni:

"1. Show all available cars from the dealership" "2. Add a new car to the dealership" "3. Remove a car from the dealership" "4. Open garage (Show all the cars rented by a client)" "5. Rent a car" "6. Show all clients" "0. Back to menu"

Daca alegem optiunea 2: inchiriere casa, se va deschide alt meniu cu urmatoarele actiuni:

"1. Show all available houses in a specific city" "2. Rent a house" "3. Show all the houses booked by a client" "4. Show all owners and their properties (ordered by age)" // ordered by age ascending "5. Show all clients" "0. Back to menu"

Daca alegem optiunea 0 aplicatia se va opri.
