- Download and run WAMP
- Navigate to the "wamp64" folder found in the directory where WAMP was downloaded
- Navigate to the "www" folder
- Create a folder named "CEW"
- Place all files in "Subfolder" into "CEW"
- Open localhost/CEWlogin.php in a browser to access the login page
