This a Drupal theme (just the landing page) for OpenCharity website.
You just need the copy the folder to yousite.com/sites/all/themes/ then go to Drupal Admin section: choose appearance and then choose "Enable and set default" bellow the Open Charity theme.
After enabling the theme choose "settings" and configure the texts an links
