This repository contains the project data needed to create a pedigree in tranSMART using SmartR. To use these contents, you should setup a transmart-source-solution in GGTS (or any other IDE). After downloading the dependencies, put the files of this repository inside the smart-r folder. Then compile transmart and create a WAR-file, which can be deployed on any 16.2 transmart-server.
