It is android application where Doctor's diagnosis for patient's particular disease is digitized.

Technologies Used

Symptom checker: Get details of possible diseases you may have, which is decided by entered Symptoms. In case if entered disease require prompt immediate checkup by doctor it notifies the user by prompting nearest locations of hospitals.
Degitised Patient and Doctor Interaction: Doctors preescription for disease identified is digitised. When Patient visits doctor he may show QR code and hence doctor get access to previous patient database so doctor get more information about previous disease patient had.
Patients Diet Logger: Keep track of diet and exercise and be fit.
