This project is a fork of the IRC daemon used by ChatHispano (formerly IRC-Hispano) IRC network.
I took commit 16da381a from branch u2_10_H_10 as the starting point, discarding the work on the master branch who never went into production and has substantial changes.
Expect updates to this file about the nature and goals of this fork in the future.
