To Build This Program On Windows:
Install MSYS2 -> http://www.msys2.org/
(And MinGW32 And/Or MinGW64 From MSYS2)
Edit "Makefile" (And Change Paths If Need)
To Build: make

Download And Install ClamAV (For Windows 32 Or 64Bits):
https://www.clamav.net/downloads
(Go To "Alternate Versions of ClamAV" Section On Webpage To Download Windows Releases)
After ClamAV Install (Or Unzip), You Can Copy And Edit Configurations Files:
From "clamav_confs" Folder To ClamAV Program Folder...
(Check Paths On Configurations Files)

Finally Run "ClamAVLiveScan.exe" And Configure The Program...
(Select clamd.exe, Select clamd.conf, Add Live Scan Include Folders...)
