Link in Explainer to Tools Module is incorrect.
In the document

The link under the Modules:
Adaptable Tools:
goes to (Help and Support not Tools)
https://www.w3.org/TR/2018/WD-personalization-semantics-help-1.0-20181018/
The link should go to
https://www.w3.org/TR/personalization-semantics-tools-1.0/
or maybe
https://www.w3.org/TR/personalization-semantics-tools-1.0-20181018/
But this does not exist?
