Capturing recommendations for implementors

From today's TF meeting, I took an action to capture the need for an implementor's guide for #AT and voice assistant developers. The intent here is to provide guidance to developers on what features are recommended (or required) in the AT or voice assistant implementation of the TF technical specification.

Such features may include:

• end user override of authored pronunciation guidance, such as:
  • page level or global overrides
  • override of specific pronunciation features such as reading of numeric values
• graceful degradation of authored pronunciation features that are not supported in the user's device (for example, author specificed use of a TTS voice not available on the user's device).
