Should the etx2 short name to point to EBU-TT 1.1?

Looking at the document post-merge of #50 I see that both etx1 and etx2 point to EBU-TT 1.0 which seems odd - @TairT @frans-ebu should etx2 point to EBU-TT 1.1?
