Introduction
This repository contains the R Markdown file to re-create the phuse paper titled "Interactive Data Visualization and Exploration using the loon R package" by Adrian Waddell.
Setup
To run the R Markdown code on Debian base systems you need to install
the texlive-latex-extra, texlive-fonts-recommended and libtk-img
packages. Do do so run:
sudo apt-get install texlive-latex-extra texlive-fonts-recommended libtk-img
in your terminal. Also make sure that you have the loon package installed. To do so,
follow the installation instructions here.
