Libraries, version 4
This repository contains the libraries used in the BSR-version 4.
Together with the LAPACK and BLAS libraries, they allows one to compile all codes.
Descriprion will be given in separate files (doc or pdf). Installation
put the DEF_04 file in your home directory and run make for all libraries in raw, beginning from ZCOM
