Conversion .py file to a file .cpp and executable
Requirements:

Functionality:
` compil_this_file()-compile the file from which this function was called
compil_any_file()-compile any file that is in the folder
source_this_file() - generate only the source file for this file
source_any_file() - generating only the source for any file
