Alpha diversity plot continuous dot plot

So the current setting for alpha diversity is, the variable has to be categorical variables. But we need to make it also work with continuous variables. Maybe not boxplot then, but just dot plot, and do correlation test (cor.test) instead of t test.

also, removed alpha diversity test methods. Will automatically run all suitable tests.
