use the follow command line:
$git clone https://github.com/wellenzhong/webpack-hot-reload.git
to clone this repository to your local disk.
run: $npm install
while all the packages were installed.
and run:$npm start
try to edit the files:"html/css/js" to watch the effect.
this is only for a localhost server,doesn't work like"f://demo/index.html"
