Guidance on how to segment on timestamps

Description

It would be helpful to have some documentation providing guidance on how to handle the scenario where a user might want to segment on ranges of data. A potentially common scenario might be on timestamps by ranges of time, or other numeric columns.

Suggestions

• provide a tutorial or short example showing how to bucket data and create a fake column to use for whylogs segmentation.
• age ranges, time ranges, temperates buckets might be good example scenarios.
