Warn users on duplicate profile uploads to WhyLabs (or avoid the duplicate upload if possible)

Description
Its easy to mistakenly upload the same profile twice, and it would make things easier for users if we could detect and skip a subsequent upload, or at least detect the scenario and warn the users.
