The codebase for the spinal stiffness indenter - a device for taking bulk stiffness measurements of the spine.
- Get the code from this repo and cd into the directory:
git clone https://github.com/wiihoffmann/indenter-control-panel cd indenter-control-panel
- Run the setup script:
sudo ./setup.sh
- Enable the RTC module with the following commands:
Add the following lines to
sudo modprobe rtc-ds1307 sudo echo ds1307 0x68 > /sys/class/i2c-adapter/i2c-1/new_device sudo hwclock -w
/etc/rc.local
above theexit 0
line at the bottom to enable the RTC at boot.echo ds1307 0x68 > /sys/class/i2c-adapter/i2c-1/new_device sudo hwclock -s date
- Run the program:
./Main.py
- Enable the RTC module with the following commands:

- Make sure that everything is up to date and reboot:
sudo apt update sudo apt full-upgrade sudo reboot
- Install all of the dependencies:
sudo apt install git xvkbd python3 python3-pip python3-pyqt5 python3-numpy sudo pip3 install pyqtgraph
- Get the code from this repo:
git clone https://github.com/wiihoffmann/indenter-control-panel
- Make sure you are in the right directory and run the code:
cd indenter-control-panel ./main.py
