Removes unused symbols from an annotation feature class symbol collection
- Install the AddIn
- Open the Customize menu
- Find the group Add-In Controls
- Drag and drop the command "Remove Unused Symbols" to a toolbar
- Select the annotation layer in the TOC
- Click the command
