No output for fractional row

I have one fractional row (sell from AVGO), but it was being ignored. There is no output from that input.

Originally, the Date Acquired was wrong 1/1/1970 - but it still got ignored after I fixed the date...

Fractional share info is captured in txt file.

That is correct - found the fractional info in the text file. Thanks.
A followup question - on the fractional line -
fractional share cost basis lot: *4*
What does the number "4" mean?

The row number from downloaded gain&loss CSV which has been used to compute fractional share cost base.
