Download the Solid Backups plugin from the WordPress Plugin Directory or by purchasing a license from the iThemes website.
Upload the solid-backups.zip
file to your WordPress site using the WordPress Plugin uploader or by using an FTP client.
Activate the Solid Backups plugin from the WordPress Plugins page.
Configure the plugin by going to the Solid Backups settings page and setting up your backup schedule, storage options, and other preferences.
To create a backup, go to the Solid Backups dashboard and click on the "Backup" button. Select the type of backup you want to create (full, database, or file) and choose your storage location.
To restore a backup, go to the Solid Backups dashboard and click on the "Restore" button. Select the backup you want to restore and follow the instructions.
