Develop a dynamic web application engagement system for the homeless community and the public sector to help reconnect them and resolve outstanding issues as follows: Systematically improve the financial management system support for the homeless community. Cut down on overcrowding and increase activities. Improve transportation methods for homeless communities. Increase beds availability at emergency shelters. Develop new job opportunities meeting all types of homeless individuals. New support services and assistance for disabled (partial/full) individuals. Advanced analytical reporting system assisting Laguna Beach city council and the public with support sectors ownership assignments; based on new homelessP program algorithm output, pie chart percentage breakdown for improved oversight and more accurate decision making. homeless P serves as a framework in helping resolve gaps between homelessness and housing process. Resolve the unfair mistreatment and displacement of homeless individuals across counties/cities/states. Maintain a homeless person's dignity and privacy. homelessP is being developed by the homeless people for the homeless communities, government, and the public sectors. homelessP project is in stage environment being tested locally in Laguna Beach CA. Once project proves to be successful, other cities/counties/states will be granted access to adopt and assist their neighboring homeless communities.
