Astral is an application for detecting and analyzing signalling events from microscopic time-lapse images of astrocytes and other cell types.
Astral uses Docker in order to run. Before running, make sure you have it installed.
Astral mnay require some additional Docker configuration, which may be easily done through Docker Desktop. For the additional configurations details, please see Astral - Manual.docx

- Open Powershell or any other Terminal in case of Linux/MacOS:
cd <Astral directory>
docker compose build
docker compose up
By default, the data directory is in the repo's data
directory. To change it, modify the docker-compose.yml
with different volume path.
