Cookie Monster logrotate config isn't correct

The logrotate.conf for the cookie-monster Ansible role is supposed to keep a three week rolling log, with a 1GB file limit. The log files on hgi-cordon-cookie-monster however regularly grow to 15GB and exhaust the disk capacity, breaking everything.

The responsibility of the logrotate configuration could now be farmed out to the new logrotate role.
This probably isn't going to solve this issue though as the current configuration looks fine.

Perhaps the log was growing in excess of 15GB before logrotate got a chance to run?

Maybe, but I don't think so: It grows quickly, but logrotate should on at least the daily cron job and it's appeared to work in the past.
