Purpose of this bot is to allow bug creation on Jira via a Slack message. This allows the team to quickly file a bug when they are on a mobile device, or when they are having a chat discussion.
- On Slack, configure/add an integration 'Bots - Slack Real Time Messaging API'
- Copy the file
config/jirabot.conf.exampletoconfig/jirabot.conf - Fill in the required info
- run
jirabot.py
- DM user when bug is submitted, or if there was an error
- Protect app against errors
- Sanitize data input
