A better new tab experience
- Wallpaper: Create tooltips for settings fields.
- Shortcuts: Upload field should allow URLs to be dropped.
- Shortcuts: Add ability to create folders that can hold other shortcuts.
- Shortcuts: Create settings page component to list predetermined shortcuts.
- Shortcuts: Create components that interface with bookmarks and apps.
- Shortcuts: Implement click-and-drag to reorder and delete shortcuts.
