app demo for spring mvc + spring security

The master branch is for Spring Boot2 + Spring Security 5 to implement OAuth2 demo.
Spring Security OAuth project is in maintenance mode (https://spring.io/blog/2018/01/30/next-generation-oauth-2-0-support-with-spring-security), all the existing functions of the project will be migrated to Spring Security 5, however, as of now (2019-Oct), Authorization Server functions are still not migrated yet.
