At this stage you have to download project and apply publishToMavenLocal task. After alter you build.gradle by adding mavenLocal() as the repository to the buildscript {repositories {}} section and refer plugin with classpath "com.khomich:gradle-ebean-enhancer:$version" in dependency block.
