- Create a build folder and set environment variable REPO_DIR to the path.
- Extract Intel Decimal Floating point library to $REPO_DIR
- add environement variable INCLUDE=C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\Include\10.0.19041.0\ucrt
- add to path "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\2022\Enterprise\VC\Tools\MSVC\14.32.31326\bin\Hostx64\x64"
- edit $REPO_DIR/IntelRDFPMathLib20U2/LIBRARY/makefile.mak set DEBUG=/MD (lines 55/58) and DEBUG=/MDd (line 53)
