Tools for building rippled apt packages.
It is recommended to use docker to produce a consistent build environment:
$ docker run -t -i -v `pwd`:/root/apt ubuntu:latest /bin/bash /root/apt/apt-build.sh
Without docker, just run sudo ./apt-build.sh
