Text System created for MS, with multiple Resellers and Languages available.
The project was created as an API using the micro-framework Silex with MySQL to persist the data, but also SQLite is compatible.
The code is PHP5/7 compatible. (but you need to change the PHPUnit version if you want to use it with PHP5)
