envi to csv formart
This is a eclipse java project
src/envi2csv.java : run command "java envi2csv hdr_file_name" or in run configuration add the hdr_file_name as the parameter.
src/gen_test.java: generates the hdr file and the binary data file to test if the envi2csv.java is correct. You can tweak what binary files you want to generate.
