Merging output files for multiple samples?

Hello!

I'm using MetaErg to annotate a number of samples with the goal of statistical comparison between groups. Does anyone have any suggestions on the best way to merge output files from multiple samples? I would like to combine the output files into abundance tables (structured like OTU tables), something like this:

pfam_id sample1_abund sample2_abund sample3_abund
