RHML server and Commodore 64 / 128 client

To compile the source:
Download cc65 first, then in the client-src directory:
build64.bat will compile and create browser64.prg (the 64 version) build128.bat will compile and create browser128.prg (the 128 version)
Eventually Ill do a proper MAKE file.
Current builds are in the directory also.
