Open source ticket system
- view/Tickets/index.ctp - Sort by assignee or customer needs to go by name, not by ID
- view/Tickets/add.ctp - Style the CKEditor so it uses the Bootstrap3 Form Classes
- SLA is currently nothing but just a title, it needs actual properties
