Sets the wallpaper to Concrete background of the day.
Simply run concrete_wallpaper.ps1 .
You can cron the script to run dauly by manually adding it to the Task Schedular or by running the cron.bat script.

- Since the script is not signed by the higher authority, you need to se the execution policies to unrestricted
