An exception occurs if the Cut or Copy button is clicked without rows selected.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a Config Editor.
2. Don't select any rows.
3. Click the Cut or Copy toolbar button.

Expected behavior

An error should be shown.

Actual behavior

An exception will be thrown.
