Based on #676 and an increase in opening of unnecessary issues, It is better we have a support group where questions can be answered by anyone willing to volunteer.
Questions related to the Telegram Bot API or how to implement some feature using the library should be directed to Stack overflow or the support group rather than opening issues here and congesting the issues board.
In the future, issues out of scope will be promptly closed.
