Analysis of Allen Brain Institute data requires allensdk (https://alleninstitute.github.io/AllenSDK/allensdk.api.html#module-allensdk.api) However, DriftingGratings.py must be replaced with DriftingGratings_yann.py , and StaticGratings.py with StaticGratings_yann.py

launch_RF_net_multiproc.py can be used to reproduce network simulations for Figure 2 launch_single_neuron.py can be used to reproduce network simulations for Figure 1 & Figure 4
