Can't mux AV1 video format correctly

When trying to mux AV1 video with opus audio, the video stream results in being sped up.
Tested with two different AV1 animes.

Try updating the mkvtool files located here
C:\Program Files (x86)\MKV Muxing Batch GUI\Resources\Tools\Windows64
by downloading
https://mkvtoolnix.download/downloads.html
then grab the files from here
C:\Program Files\MKVToolNix
