With this simple texture pack you can hide those boring armors and reveal your amazing skins!
Features:
- Lightweight (Literally modifies only the armors, and nothing else. And the files are literally only Transparent Empty .png files)
- Simple Inatallation (Just follow the Installation Instructions)
- No Need to Mod Anything, doesn't affect anything in a server.
- Makes you look cool so you can show off your skins in game.
- Comes in two flavors. One that shows off turtle helmets, the other where every armor is invisible.
- Compatible with 1.16, but theoretically should work with every Minecraft version if you ignore the warnings. If it doesn't work, please let me know.
- Grab the latest release of your choice from here.
- Go to your
.minecraft
folder. If you don't know where it is, you can view this article on the Minecraft website. - Navigate to the
resourcepacks
folder. - Paste the
.zip
file you downloaded in theresourcepacks
folder. - In Minecraft go to
Options> Resource Packs
, and Enable Transparent Armor Textures.
This is a fork of @EternalPhane's Minecraft texture pack of transparent armors. His version only worked for Bedrock Edition, but with a couple of lines of code, and renaming of textures, I made it work for Java as well.
This version only works on Minecraft Java Edition.
