Logic of priority system is not clear

I can't understand how wring sort the inbox, I expected to see new notifications on top, but some old events got higher priority. Here is my inbox now:

[(1) 29-Mar]
[(1) 30-Mar]
[(1) 2-Apr]
[(1) 28-Mar]
[(1) 21-Mar]

Also when I delete some event, all other can change the order.
