We are creating an interactive forum where:
- a person can become an authorized user
- an unauthorized user can only view the forum
- an authorized user can post questions
- an authorized user can post answers
- an authorized user can upvote and downvote questions, comments or answers
- an authorized user that posts a question can choose their favorite answer
- another authorized user can answer the question
