An easy-to-use IDE for making Minecraft Datapacks.
Warning: This application is experimental: It may contain a lot of bugs, use only if you know what you're doing (It can sometimes even corrupt your Minecraft worlds, so think twice before using this!)
- Head over to the releases page and download the latest release
- Make sure you have .NET Framework 4.7 or above installed (It should be installed if you have the latest Windows updates installed)
- Download the
.zip
file or the installer.exe
(.zip
is recommended) - If you've downloaded the zip, go to the folder where you extracted the zip and double click the executable (
MinecraftDatapackStudio.exe
) to run the IDE - If you've downloaded the installer, go ahead and install it. After you've installed it, you should now see an icon in the desktop. Double click the icon to run the IDE
