paper_larval-schooling

Computational analysis for the study of the development of collective behavior in A. mexicanus larvae (Paz et al. 2023).

Instructions:

  • Put a copy of (or a link to) the tracks (output folders created by trilab-tracker) in a folder called tracks located at the root of this repository.

  • Install miniconda (instructions).

  • Create the larval conda environment using larval.yml (instructions).

  • Open jupyter notebook from within the newly created larval environment.

  • Run the notebooks figures-1-2_v2.ipynb and figures-3-4-5.ipynb.

  • Retrieve the figures in the figures folder.
