This project is a GUI-based application developed using PyQt5 in Python. The application aims to measure the productivity of an institution by integrating various factors such as individual ability, work type, management effort, and quality assurance. Additionally, it includes modules for quality assessment, management oversight, and risk assessment. The project also features modules for Sales and Marketing, focusing on efficiency and productivity in customer acquisition and life cycle management.

- Applies base QA effort to calculate one QA unit.
- Calculates management oversight effort based on strategy, planning, guidance, RQM support, governance, and people development.
