• setup github PAT with read:packages & write:packages scopes
• create ~/.npmrc with

//npm.pkg.github.com/:_authToken=TOKEN

• create .npmrc with

@OWNER:registry=https://npm.pkg.github.com

• update package.json's name @OWNER/<packagename>
• update package.json's repository
