  1. Input number is a valid number if it is between 1 and 3,999.
  2. Input number is an invalid number if it is < 1 or greater than 3,999 or if it has non-numeric characters.
  3. Roman symbols must be added.
  4. There must not be more than three of a Roman symbol in a row.
  5. Number must be separated into ones, tens, hundreds and thousands.
