Acidity-Preventer
Egypt has been impacted by its grand challenges a long time ago, reducing pollution, managing, and increasing clean water sources, and much more. Our project aims to change the agricultural process to reuse wastewaters in the same application or agriculture process. The project helps in two major things: water quality parameters and cost-efficiency, first neutralizing the PH of acidic water, prevents the acidic effect of ammonium sulfate, which qualifies our valuable water to reuse in different processes. Second, the cost-efficiency since it is an efficient Arduino automated system that can be reprogrammed and directed towards various tasks and multiple functions simultaneously with the same price! The project showed clear and distinguished results and met the proposed thoughts; it prevented the water's acidity and stopped its wasting as it was going beneath the surface. So, we have made an Arduino system to solve this crucial problem. The system is completed and programmed and works as an automated watering system that helps irrigate the soil and stop its acidification; the project has been tested and showed precise results to the proposed PH, which is (7.00). Hence, our project could solve both (wasted and acidic water). Two significant parts have been included. The first part is the neutralizing of the PH to make water more usable using a chemical. The second part is the subsurface drainage to collect the excess water after watering the plant to use it in irrigating the soil again.
